Privacy and access
This notice explains the public information pages and the separate access-controlled OpenIDMS application.

Public pages
The public Home, About, and Privacy pages contain general product information only. They do not display inspection records, facility records, measurements, findings, recommendations, repair history, workbooks, or exports.
Analytics and advertising
These public pages do not use advertising trackers, behavioral analytics, social-media pixels, or third-party embedded content. Standard hosting infrastructure may process connection information such as an IP address, request time, browser identifier, and requested path for delivery, reliability, and abuse prevention.
Access session
The application uses a secure, same-site session cookie after an authorized user supplies the access password. The cookie supports the access session; it is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Operational records
Operational records and workbook workflows are available only inside the access-controlled application. Authorized users remain responsible for using approved devices, networks, and information-handling channels.
Questions
For access, privacy, or record-handling questions, contact the administrator who supplied the OpenIDMS address. Do not include passwords or confidential inspection information in an unapproved message.
